SALARY

$26.00-$32.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science; preferred in nutrition, dietetics, or related
• Minnesota Certified Food Protection Manager License or ability to obtain in 6 months
• Strong knowledge of USDA Child Nutrition Program regulations and state/federal compliance requirements
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices related to cooking and serving food
• Organizational and coordinating skills related to program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of population groups

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years' experience in school nutrition services
• Experience with recipe development and nutrition analysis software
