O&M Manager

To plan, manage, and execute Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts under assigned responsibility in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational targets, client requirements, safety standards, statutory compliance, and company objectives, ensuring efficient plant performance, uninterrupted operations, optimum resource utilization, and high levels of client satisfaction. Requirements 1. To plan all resources, including manpower along with HR, to manage O&M contracts smoothly. 2. Review operations in all sites on an ongoing basis. 3.
