Experience
12–15 years of overall SAP experience, including:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Customer Service (CS)
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as an SAP SD Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced O2C Lead (SAP SD & Customer Service) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP SD and Customer Service (CS), with strong experience in end-to-end O2C processes, cross-functional integration, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution design across SAP S/4HANA, covering Sales & Distribution (SD), Customer Master, Contracts, Pricing, Billing, and Accounts Receivable.
