Clinician Type: NP/PA
Unit/Dept: OB/GYN
Unit Details: Outpatient Setting GYN OB Some Tele No Call
Daily Volume: Scheduled 12-13 patients for morning 4 hours and afternoon 4 hours. Estimated 20-24 patients per day
Additional Providers/Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LVNs; Supervising Physician will be available

Lic/Certs: Active Ca Lic BLS DEA
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: 13 weeks w/ option to extend
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30a to 5:30p
Housing/Travel: All Inclusive
Pay Structure: Preset

Required exp: Outpatient Clinic Setting - Focus will be with GYN cases, but still need a provider with OB experience as well, if schedule shifts seeing well women visits. Some Video appointments included along with clinic coverage;
