Observability Engineer

As an Observability Engineer you will take on a hands‑on engineering role with real influence on the evolution of our observability landscape. You will design, implement and operate modern observability solutions that ensure transparency, reliability and performance of our IT services across cloud and on‑premises environments. This role combines deep technical ownership with exposure to modern observability standards and cloud technologies. You will work closely with platform, architecture and service management teams and collaborate with our ServiceNow team to integrate observability signals and alerts into Service‑Now Event Management (ITOM). While your focus remains on hands‑on engineering, platform operation and continuous improvement, you will also actively contribute to strategic topics such as observability strategy, roadmap definition and platform evolution.
