Occasional Childcare Needed for a 6-year-old on Weekdays

I’m looking for a trustworthy and friendly person to provide occasional childcare for my 6-year-old after school and during the occasional full day when school is closed. The role would involve light supervision, snacks, help with homework, and keeping him engaged with safe activities. We prefer someone who is punctual, has a recent Garda Vetting or can obtain one, and is comfortable with occasional transportation to after-school activities if required. Availability mostly in the afternoons (about 2–4 hours per session) and some weekend coverage would be a plus. We live in a quiet residential area and would provide clear instructions and a simple routine. Please include any relevant experience, references, and your expected rate.
