Provide technical and methodological leadership in Occupant Restraint System engineering for Mercedes Benz China local production vehicles, ensuring best in class safety performance through structured development, localized solutions, and comprehensive testing standards.

Lead Occupant Restraint System development for MB China local produced vehicles

Represent the Occupant restraint system development in the overall vehicle project and work with surrounding functional teams (e.g. RD, Supplier, Project, …)

Responsible person for methodology of Occupant Restraint system engineering and sled testing by developing standards and guiding the team members in their analysis & testing
