As a Senior Occupational Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in improving our Health and Safety Programs at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard site, while reporting to the Site Safety Manager.

As an Occupational Safety Specialist, Senior, you will:

+ Partner with management, staff, and employees to promote and support a safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of all employees through our Safety Management System (SMS).
+ Develop strategies to remove or mitigate risks related to identified workplace hazards.
