The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Airman Advancement Analytics Flight. Directs and manages a workforce of approximately 26 military and civilian personnel performing professional, technical, and administrative support functions. Responsibilities 1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Test Development Flight. Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and objectives of Air Force Planners, Directors and Trainers. Develops long-range as well as short-range test development programs and schedules. 2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
