Liberty Health Care Center is looking for a qualified Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Liberty, TX!

Job Summary: The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) will provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT). The OTA will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required.

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
