Job Description: Conduct initial evaluations to determine care needs for elderly admissions Implement regular care plan reviews with appropriate therapeutic interventions Develop and facilitate group therapy programs tailored for elderly participants Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings for integrated care planning Plan and execute group therapy programme and activities for elderly Develop occupational therapy interventions for clients with Dementia, Psychiatric illness, Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions Evaluate and optimize therapy schedules with complete documentation Have knowledge of dementia issues and able to manage elderlywho display behavioral problems. Establish supportive relationships with their families and caregivers Job Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy Full registeration with APHC Minimum 3 years of working experience with disability patient Check out Aber Care Website for more details
