Occupational Therapist - George

Nurture Health is seeking a passionate and patient‑centred Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Therapy Manager, you will help patients relearn or adapt everyday activities to improve independence, participation, and quality of life. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services and meaningful patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional participation and develop, implement, and monitor individualised occupational therapy treatment plans to improve independence and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Deliver interventions including ADL retraining, neurorehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation, upper limb rehabilitation, splinting, wheelchair seating, vocational rehabilitation, and the prescription of assistive devices and equipment.
