Occupational Therapist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for an **Occupational Therapist** for our client in **Grants Pass, Oregon** !

**Type:** 3 + months, with potential for extension

**Pay:** $53 to $ 55.92/hr

**Location:** Coverage areas: Grants Pass, Oregon Josephine County

**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

**Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:**

· OT evaluations, subsequent visits, possible OT SOC, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges

**Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist:**

· Home health experience

· Oregon Occupational Therapy License

· Current CPR certification
