Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a caseload of inpatient clients, delivering advanced occupational therapy interventions tailored to their complex needs. Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functions to formulate comprehensive therapy plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of patient-centred care.
