Our Hobart office is a friendly and supportive, multidisciplinary team of nine clinicians, with a senior-heavy team of OTs, Speechies and Physios, with support from an Allied Health Assistant and an Intake team.

This role supports older adults to remain safe, independent and engaged in their own homes through the Stay at Home funding model.
