Under general direction, is responsible for evaluating and treating patients in order to facilitate rehabilitation and independence in daily living skills of physically and/or mentally disabled patients. Duties and activities may vary based on assignments and program. This is a fee-for-service position delivering services in day programs and individuals' residences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist will include, but are not limited to the following: Evaluates patients referred to practice to establish learning and performance capabilities and develops a treatment plan to attain established goals working within scope of patient's disability.
