Occupational Therapist (OT)

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning for residents requiring occupational therapy services. This role focuses on helping individuals regain independence in daily living and work-related activities following illness, injury, or surgery. The PRN Occupational Therapist works on an as-needed basis to support the therapy team and ensure continuity of quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and the resident's plan of care.
