Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a SNF setting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation

Requirements:

• Active New York Occupational Therapist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• SNF experience preferred

Compensation & Perks:
