Occupiers and Retail - Cost Consultant

Role description

We have exciting opportunities to work on multiple accounts within our Occupiers and Retail market sectors. These varied roles focus on both the delivery of significant capital projects and programmes and PMO governance for our major financial, legal and retail clients.

Role accountabilities

• Take ownership of small commercial/regeneration/residential projects, or components of cost management assignments, ensuring standards of delivery meet defined objectives
• Responsible for delivering their scope of work in line with various controls, and will have significant technical knowledge and experience in their field
• Work independently within established financial systems to monitor and review project costs and variances on small commercial/regeneration/residential projects, in order to control cost variables
