**Job Description:**

The Production Engineer is a key individual contributor responsible for driving factory performance while owning strategic capacity planning for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role partners closely with module engineering, operations, planning, and factory leadership to improve cycle time, WIP velocity, output, tool availability, capacity roadmaps and quality performance to ensure factory metrics are accurate, data driven and aligned to business needs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of high-volume manufacturing, including factory flow, queue management, constraint identification, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role requires influencing across organizational boundaries and working effectively with stakeholders ranging from Factory Managers to Manufacturing Technicians.
