Responsibilities:
Work closely with department heads and leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs. Support the implementation, monitoring, and refinement of KPI frameworks across departments. Maintain performance data and reporting tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Analyze performance trends and assist in generating reports to support informed decision-making. Facilitate meetings and workshops to help teams understand and effectively utilize KPIs. Assist in conducting organizational assessments and identifying development opportunities. Support organizational development initiatives related to performance, culture, and change. Stay updated on best practices in performance measurement and organizational development.
