Opportunity Description
What you will be doing:
- Facilitate leadership development and culture transformation interventions for senior and middle management
- Design and customise Organisational Development (OD) interventions aligned to business needs
- Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and leadership engagements to drive behavioural and cultural change
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and management teams
- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment of expectations, timelines, and outcomes
- Translate organisational strategy and purpose into practical leadership and team interventions
- Guide intact teams through facilitated sessions, addressing concerns and managing group dynamics
