Oenologist - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Pakistani or African candidates preferred)
Our winery in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our wines from grape cultivation to bottling. You will need to have a strong knowledge of viticulture and oenology techniques, as well as a keen palate for tasting and evaluating wines.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of wine production, from grape selection and harvesting to fermentation and aging
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process
- Conduct regular tastings and evaluations to maintain consistent quality of our wines
- Collaborate with the winemaking team to develop new blends and improve existing products
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our winemaking process
