Oenologist/Winemaker
We are currently seeking an experienced Oenologist/Winemaker to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality of our wines from grape to bottle. This is a contract position that does not require any previous experience in the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of wine production from grape selection to fermentation, blending, and bottling
- Conduct regular quality control checks on the wine during different stages of production
- Collaborate with vineyard managers to ensure optimal grape growing conditions
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of wine and packaging materials
- Develop and implement new techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of wine production
