Responsibilities
- Study and produce grape varieties, wine blends, and other alcoholic beverages.
- Conduct sensory evaluations of wines and spirits.
- Create detailed reports on product quality and development.
- Develop new products and implement winemaking processes that comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in oenology or a related field.
- Knowledge of winemaking techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
