Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itinerary.

Take minutes during meetings.

Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.

Greeting visitors.

Maintaining documentation and filing system

Answering phones and routing calls to the correct

person or taking messages

Maintaining professionalism and strict

confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
