Key Responsibilities
- Scanning and archiving legal and business records
- Managing daily mailroom operations
- Supporting office teams with workplace requests
- Coordinating stationery and consumable orders
- Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance issues
- Monitoring office cleanliness and facilities standards
- Supporting office relocations and workspace changes
- Managing storage and recycling processes
- Delivering health & safety inductions
- Providing support across additional office locations when required
