Our client in the parts manufacturing industry is looking to employ an Office Administrator with Debtors Support to join their team
Minimum requirements:

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION (DEBTORS SUPPORT)
Minimum requirements:
- Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Experience within Debtors essential
- Experience with MS Office and accounting software
- Administrative Support and Reception Experience
Responsibilities:
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION (DEBTORS SUPPORT)
- Accurately process customer invoices and credit notes in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure all invoices and credit notes are distributed to customers in the correct format within required time frames
