Maintain office records, documentation, and compliance-related files.
Handle internal communication, emails, and vendor coordination.
Manage office supplies procurement and inventory tracking.
Coordinate office maintenance activities and vendor services.
Prepare reports, update administrative records, and support documentation processes.
Resolve day-to-day office administrative issues efficiently.
Arrange meetings, visitor management, and conference room scheduling.
