About the RoleThis is a multifaceted role encompassing office management, financial administration, and executive support, the face of the office, handling reception, invoicing, debt collection, and supporting with junior-level bookkeeping tasks.
Minimum Requirements Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must have a bookkeeping certificate and experience with accounting software. A relevant certificate or diploma in Office Administration, or Financial Management. 2+ years of experience in a professional services environment (e.g., an accounting firm, consultancy). Hands‑on experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, Quick Books, or Pastel).
