Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination and correspondence.
- Prepare and format professional presentations, reports and documents for internal and external audiences.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate and maintain office operations, including facilities, suppliers, office equipment, meeting rooms and general administration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, including interview scheduling, employee records and people initiatives.
