Opportunity Description
Our client is seeking a highly reliable and well-organised Office Assistant to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating with service providers.
- Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical) to ensure all company records are well-documented and audit-ready.
- Take ownership of administrative processes and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with overseas offices.
- Ensure all required reports are submitted to regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
