Office Leasing and Operations Officer

The Leasing and Operations Officer is responsible for marketing and leasing spaces within the company’s portfolio, including co-living units, co-working spaces, event venues, and office buildings. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, securing bookings and leases, managing client transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth turnover and client satisfaction.

• Market and lease co-living units to maximize occupancy and manage long-term leases and short-term/daily bookings.
