Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Responsible for managing staff needs in terms of travel and accommodation.
- Attends meetings at the request of the senior management team, documents minutes of the meetings and distributes minutes to all relevant parties.
- Ensures that all employees have an appropriate environment to undertake their duties.
- Co‑ordinates, manages and orders all office supplies.
- Manages holiday rotas for all senior staff on site.
- Manages the smooth running of the Administration, Payroll and Time Management team that reports directly.
- Assists the business unit management on sensitive/commercial tasks within the business.
- Organises and maintains data in spreadsheets; generates reports; arranges paperwork and related administrative duties as required.
