Opportunity Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Office manager to manage daily office operations, support HR processes, and organize internal events for our Belgium team. This is a multifaceted role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies, groceries, deliveries, and facility maintenance.
- Manage office spaces and tidyness.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and building management when needed.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including invoicing follow-up and vendor communication.
- Assist the HR team in Paris
Event Planning:
- Organize internal team events, such as a Team lunch every thursday and one Afterwork event per month.
