At Auxadi, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations, with a strong focus on coordination, organization, and administrative support.
What will my functions be?
- Manage daily office operations and administrative processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, ensuring smooth service delivery and contract compliance.
- Support facilities management, acting as the main liaison with reception teams, building management, and external vendors.
- Oversee office supplies, purchasing activities, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate filing, archiving, and document management systems, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Assist and support with onboarding, employee administration, internal communications, and company events.
