We are recruiting an Office Manager & Operations Coordinator for a privately held Investment Office on the lakefront in Lucerne. This role covers office operations, administration, budgeting and coordination across the team.
You bring 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative operations (finance, legal, fiduciary, corporate). You are confident with budgets, invoicing and suppliers, and you work in a structured, service‑driven and reliable manner. Strong organisational skills, calm execution and fluency in German and English are required; Russian is an advantage.
