Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of the office premises, including but not limited to all common areas, equipment and meeting rooms. Review contract specifications and make recommendations of upgrading standards. Procure and maintain office systems, furniture, equipment, and appliances. Prepare estimates for repair works, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of completed works Update inventory of office equipment and supplies in the respective tracking systems or applications. Handle all incident/ complaint reports involving public or tenants. Set up meeting rooms according to user requirements. Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget Requirements
Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business, preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in property management Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset Ability to work independently
