Our client is in need of an office assistant to provide a broad support role to the office manager and the office as a whole. Duties will be varied and will be a mixture of administration, finance and facilities tasks. Expected duties include updating databases and client files, photocopying and scanning documents, liaising with suppliers and couriers, assist the accounts team with invoices, preparing meeting rooms, setting up equipment and furniture, sorting post etc.
