Officer, Loss Prevention

Job Summary

Responsible for following up, resolving, and providing feedback on incidents related to loss prevention at all venues in the theme park and CityWalk of UBR, preventing and stopping violations or breaches of laws and controlling risk events that may occur.

Major Responsibilities

Incidents that require cooperation between internal business departments and external law enforcement agencies, include but are not limited to:

• Security incidents occurring on property that require follow-up by cooperating with law enforcement agencies

• Handling internal requests within the department

• Internal incidents involving Team Members

Violations that require follow-up include but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized sale of tickets

• Queue jumping at attractions

• Sale of ride locker tickets/counterfeit tickets

• Unauthorized guided tours/early park admission irregularities
