Officer/Associate (People Experience) (1-Year Contract)

We are looking for a resourceful, meticulous and collaborative individual, with a genuine interest in using technology to make processes smarter and more efficient to join the People Operations team.

The successful candidate will assist on human resource matters including but not limited to the following:

• Provision of logistical and administrative support for various HR activities in the employee cycle including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Administration of benefits such as leave management, processing of employees' HR-related claims such as medical claims and insurance
• Play an active role in driving the transformation of HR service delivery through technology, proactively identify pain points in current HR processes and champion technology-led solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and the overall employee experience
