Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute store campaign programs such as promotions, bundling, and mini events in GT stores.
- Ensure campaign implementation runs properly across assigned areas and active stores
- Drive sell out performance and increase store traffic through effective promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sell out performance by store and area.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities based on data.
- Coordinate with field teams, including SPG and distribution teams, to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all programs are implemented according to company strategy and standards.
- Monitor campaign budgets and maintain cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and evaluations.
Qualifications
