Offshore Construction Manager

Mint Selection are supporting a leading organisation within the energy sector to recruit an experienced Offshore Construction Manager for a major offshore energy infrastructure project. This is a long‑term contract opportunity supporting the delivery of a landmark offshore programme critical to the future energy network.

The successful individual will take ownership of day‑to‑day offshore construction activities and oversee the safe delivery of offshore civil and marine works. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in challenging offshore environments, capable of managing EPC contractors, proactively identifying risks and driving programme delivery.
