Offshore Installation Lead

Join
us as an Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction, where you will
play a pivotal role in supervising and guiding your assigned teams to ensure
the safe, timely, and effective execution of work activities. Reporting to the
Head of Site Management and Installation Leads, you will be at the forefront of
daily planning and execution, adhering to contract specifications and EHS/QA
systems.

Your
leadership will ensure that all work aligns with SGRE standards, including QA
regulations. You will continuously evaluate and provide feedback to your
technicians, encouraging skill development and maintaining high standards. By
implementing and optimizing processes and workflows, you will contribute to a
standardized execution and a safe working environment.
