The Role
As Supported Living Manager, you will:
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of a multi‑site supported living service
- Ensure high‑quality, safe and young person‑centred care and support
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
- Support the growth and future development of the service
- Lead, supervise and develop staff across multiple locations
- Work collaboratively with professionals, families and local authorities
About You
- Experience within supported living or children’s services management
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Confidence managing multi‑site services and staff teams
- Knowledge or familiarity with CIW frameworks (desirable)
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Passion for improving outcomes for young people transitioning to independence
