We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant tojoin our Official Injury Claims Portal team in Blackburn. This is anexciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work theydo, the service they provide and getting the best results for theirclients.
As Legal Assistant on the OIC Portal team you will be progressingdisputed claims through the Official Injury Claim portal in an accurateand efficient manner. You will be working individually with highattention to detail but also as part of the team. The team is currentlybroken down between Liability Admitted cases and Liability Disputedcases.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with quantum and liabilitydispute cases, which are unable to be settled at Stage 2 in the OICPortal. You will be required to either negotiate settlement or f...
