This role is based out of our Dubai office.
Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Talent Management (TM) Team for India, Middle East and Africa. This is a highly demanding position in a fast‑paced, professional services environment.
The IMEA region covers several countries, and this role would be responsible for staffing, developing, retaining and managing the consultant population of 80+ individuals as well as leading on all talent related topics for at least one of the practices.
This role is integral to the smooth running of the business.
