Within our Marketing & Omnichannel team, we operate in a highly complex and impactful therapeutic landscape - covering rare diseases, hematology, nephrology, and immunology. Our approach is fully omnichannel: integrating CRM, digital channels, field force activities, and medical education into a cohesive and data-driven strategy.
We are looking for an Omnichannel Brand Manager who will act as both the analytical engine and tactical executor of the team. This role goes beyond reporting; you will interpret performance data and translate insights into meaningful actions that drive engagement and outcomes.
Reporting to the Omnichannel Manager Iberia, you will play a key role in executing strategy and shaping how we engage healthcare professionals across channels.
The Role
- Own and continuously enhance the omnichannel dashboard (HCP coverage, contact frequency, digital engagement, outcome metrics by indication)
