As the Director of Real Estate Development at On, you will oversee, expand, and optimize On's real estate portfolio. Leading a team with a cross-functional focus, you'll ensure our retail, showroom, and office spaces align with On's brand identity, fostering a premium experience.

Your Mission

Lease Strategy and Implementation:
•Build the scalable expansion strategy and planning across offline channels(DTC & FMS) in APAC to fuel the success of On’s long-term vision
•Lead the full lifecycle of real estate development projects in APAC without broker: site strategy, lease negotiation, construction, design execution, and opening readiness.
•Own and drive the in-house leasing function, overseeing site sourcing, negotiation, and deal closure without dependency on external brokers or agencies.
