On Site Generation and Market Forwards Analyst

The **On Site** **Generation Analyst** supports QTS’ Energy Strategy Team by building data sets to analyze comparable DC+OSG transactions, capital costs, equipment pricing, market data, etc. across power and energy infrastructure technologies (e.g., CCCTs, BESS, recips., etc.). The role develops LCOE benchmarking models and cost intelligence that inform hyperscale campus siting, utility engagement, power / natural gas procurement strategies and long-term capital planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market Research & Data Collection**

+ Collect pricing, performance, and technical data for generation and energy infrastructure equipment, including turbines, engines, generators, fuel cells, storage systems, balance-of-plant and related maintenance costs into a Total Cost to Own (TCO) view.
